Description

The ESD service group, a family-run company in its third generation with around 1,800 employees, offers high-quality services throughout Germany in the areas of security services, building cleaning, personnel services and more. In order to meet the requirements of the shortage of skilled workers and the increasing demands on management skills, ESD carried out comprehensive management training in November 2024. This was aimed at the entire management team, consisting of managing directors, division and operations managers.

Mr. Reinhold Wanner and Wanner GmbH developed and conducted practical and tailored training sessions that were specifically tailored to the needs of the respective management level. The focus was on ESD’s values, vision and mission, supplemented by modern management tools. The workshops impressed with practical examples and applicable methods that enabled participants to improve their leadership skills immediately. Each manager was able to expand their individual “toolbox” and implement the new tools directly in their teams.

The excellent preparation and implementation of the training sessions and the documents provided offer lasting added value for optimizing HR work. Based on the positive experience, ESD plans to continue working with Wanner GmbH in the future and gives it an unreserved recommendation.
