derschreinerhuber GmbH is an innovative craft business with around 20 employees and a state-of-the-art machinery fleet based in Taching am See. When Managing Director Martin Huber was faced with the question of business succession and no successor was available within the family, he decided – on the recommendation of a colleague – to work with Wanner GmbH.

The focus was on passing the business on to two senior employees from within the company. It quickly became clear how complex and emotional such a succession process can be – especially for entrepreneurs who typically go through it only once in their lifetime.
