The complete sales activity was taken over by Wanner GmbH, so that business operations – as always – could continue unhindered. We must highly acknowledge that Mr. Wanner – due to his decades of international experience – conducted the negotiations in a highly professional manner and was ultimately able to achieve a transaction price that we would never have been able to achieve ourselves. In this respect also financially a rewarding and meaningful cooperation.
