Through recommendations from their own environment and obtaining references, the entrepreneurs came across the company Wanner GmbH from Mühldorf. After various preliminary discussions, Wanner was finally commissioned with the sale of the online store worldwidespirits.de and Vita Dulcis GmbH.

Description
Already several years ago, we, Ralf and Christina Reis, made the decision to sell various parts of the company and thus to set the course towards retirement. As a consequence, discussions were held with the executive employees and the possible handover to them was examined in order to find an internal solution. Unfortunately, we had to realize that this solution approach was not reasonably possible and we then looked for a service provider for the sale about a year ago.
Through recommendations from our own environment and obtaining references, we quickly came across the company Wanner GmbH from Mühldorf, which, after various preliminary discussions, was commissioned by us with the sale of the online store worldwidespirits.de and Vita Dulcis GmbH. We would like to thank Mr. Reinhold Wanner and his team for their very professional and always very practical execution of our project. Mr. Wanner and Mr. Alexander Reberger, who played a major role in the project, were always available to us, made appointments possible that were far outside of normal business hours, and always had an open ear for all of our questions and concerns and carried out the project in a goal-oriented manner in our interest.
