Problem definition


We became aware of the management consultancy Wanner GmbH from Mühldorf through recommendations from our own environment. After the free and comprehensive consultations on the subject of company value and the possible sales process, we quickly decided to realize the sale together with Dipl.-Ing. Reinhold Wanner and his employees.

Rasp GmbH, based in Winhöring/Eisenfelden, has been a competence center for horses for over 36 years. In addition to horse feed, bedding and a wide range of accessories, Rasp also specializes in horse trailers and trailers for various other purposes. After the internal succession solution failed to materialize, the decision was made to sell the company in order to be able to retire. Following recommendations from partners, the decision was made to sell the company via the management consultancy Wanner GmbH from Mühldorf. Wanner successfully carried out the entire process with its many requirements – e.g. the necessary due diligence – and the project took just one year until the contract was signed at the notary’s office.
