Wanner GmbH, based in Mühldorf, celebrated its fifth anniversary at the end of 2018. In 2017, Reinhold A. Wanner’s company won the Meggle Founder’s Prize for its commitment between consulting, succession management, personnel search and development, and individualised training. Wanner solves pretty much all issues in small and medium-sized enterprises. In doing so, he relies on a lot of practical experience that he and also his team have gained in various industries and economic situations.

Norbert Haimerl talks to the entrepreneur about his motivation and the new challenges, especially in recruiting employees.  A tense market environment with almost full employment often makes this all the more difficult.
