Business Dialogue of the Inn-Salzach Association of Cities at RVT Rühr- und Verfahrenstechnik in Töging

RVT, which employs 80 people and has an annual turnover of around EUR 10 million, relies on training! As owner-manager Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Stefan Richter explained at an event of the business dialogue of the Inn-Salzach association of cities, the future skilled workers and top performers are generated from within the company. Furthermore, the company relies on final theses to interest students in the company.

Nevertheless, the shortage of skilled workers and managers has also reached RVT. It is becoming increasingly difficult to recruit good employees in the long term, as Mr Richter told Mr Wanner.

Mayors as well as owners and managers of companies in the region informed themselves extensively about RVT at the entrepreneurs’ dialogue and used the opportunity to exchange ideas.
