Entrepreneurial Dialogue of the Städtebund Inn-Salzach at Fliegl

Representatives from politics, business and associations met for the fourth time this year for the Entrepreneurial Dialogue. This year they visited Fliegl Agrartechnik in Mühldorf. This is a family business where everything is allowed to be a little bigger and more innovative.

The impressive company, which originated from a farm in Kastl, has developed over the decades into a global player in the field of agricultural vehicle technology. The company founder spoke about the history and strategy of Fliegl. He is still the technological and innovative head of the company today. His daughter Angelika Fliegl and daughter-in-law Marianne Fliegl then explained today’s orientation and portfolio. As Mr Knoblauch (former mayor of Mühldorf and MDL) explained, it was not easy to bring Fliegl to Mühldorf. Mrs. Mayor Zollner presented the importance of Fliegl as an employer and taxpayer of the city.

During an impressive company tour, the individual production processes and other procedures were explained. These served to provide information about the company. The participants listened with rapt attention. Wanner GmbH was represented at the event by two employees. In individual discussions, more could be learned about the business and success model of Fliegl Agrar.
